I always come back to a hotel in Albacete. Friendly staff gave me water at night. Perfect for me with free Wi-Fi, TV, lift, AC, and no smoking. I'll be back!

Extremely helpful staff. Very good location in the central square a couple of minutes on foot from the Knife Museum, which it worth paying a visit.
There was a concert in the square on the day we were there, and it was quite noisy it the room overlooking the square. But that does not happen every day.

The staff at Altozano were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even provided us with portable electric radiators when we mentioned the heating issue in our room. Additionally, the location of the hotel was very central, with easy access to the train station, tourist office, and great restaurants.

The hotel was very central, good value for money and ideal for a short stay with a busy timetable. The room was comfortable and clean but a bit noisy in the mornings.

Nice recepption and very good cleaning service
the internet is very slow and walls are so thin that you can hear everything in the neighbouring room but may be its how they build in Spain?

I recently stayed at Hotel Altozano for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of everything. They even had their own car park, which was a great convenience. The staff members were incredibly helpful and spoke English as well. I enjoyed the lively Christmas market right outside the hotel, with live music, food stalls, and gift shops. The breakfast at the nearby patisserie was delicious, and the surrounding shops were worth exploring. a fantastic stay!
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Overall good deal, nice spot and cosy room.
We were informed by the hotel staff that our car will not fit the underground garage, had to leave it on the street (hard to find a spot, but cheap overnight). Lively location.

Great location overlooking a charming park. Reasonable price for the type of hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Close to train station, tourist office, and good restaurants. Room had an effective air conditioner.
The room we had was tiny and had a worn-out appearance. Some of the reading lamps didn't work initially, but were fixed upon reporting.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of a vibrant area with plenty of cafes, bars, and shops nearby. It was also easy to explore the city's sights from the hotel, making it convenient for tourists. Having a safe car parking space was a plus, although the area was a bit tight for larger vehicles.
the car parking space could have been larger to accommodate bigger cars. the hotel was basic and dated, but it met the essentials of cleanliness and reasonable comfort.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement.

Convenient location in the heart of the city, surrounded by shops, cafes, and bars. The hotel offered secure parking nearby, ensuring peace of mind for guests with vehicles.- The staff was helpful and able to communicate in English, which made the stay more comfortable.
The hotel itself was old and in need of renovation, particularly the bathrooms, which were small and cramped. The lack of proper heating in the room made it uncomfortably cold during the stay.
